The Metallix 4 is the tweener option in the Head Metallix series. This racquet offers a powerful feel thanks to its 107 square inch head, yet with the Metallix material in the throat and the new HEAD Stabilizer system, this racquet blends maneuverability with a stable response. Also, slightly more evenly balanced than the Metallix 6 and Metallix 10 frames

Ideally suited for players with moderate, powerful strokes. Recommended for the 3.0-4.5 NTRP level players.

HEAD Metallix: Made of a specially designed matrix of carbon fibers and a new crystalline metal alloy. This alloys grain size is 1,000 times smaller than that of a typical metal. The decreased grain size means increased performance, or, as te Hall-Petch Effect states: smaller grains = stronger material. The result is a lighter, stronger and more powerful racquet than ever before.

HEAD Stabilizer: Located in the throat of the racquet, the new HEAD Stabilizer eliminates racquet vibration and ensures the ultimate in comfort on every shot.
