The 30g lighter version BECKER 11 is an alternative for players who prefer a lighter swing-weight. This model has the same technology and the same basic characteristics (630cm2 head-size and 20mm beam) as its heavier brother. The one major difference besides the weight remains the open 16x19 stringing-pattern. This feature is developed for topspin players, who expect more power. As all BORIS BECKER Tennis racquets, this model also features the innovative SENSOR PLUS Handle System, for superior comfort.

Ideally suited for players with aggressive, long strokes.
Recommended for the 4.5+ NTRP level players.

The midplus series is identical to the volkl power bridge 10 series with the exception of string pattern. This one has 16x19 and volkl has 18x20. This is the 295gram version which meansthat it is not as head light. The racquet has bright orange frame that turns a lot of heads. Overall a good racquet for baseline players who are not ready to play with 12oz racquets yet. I use it with X-one biophase 17G at 57lb and it has excellent feel. Due to its light weight the net play can be a bit of a challenge for beginner-intermediate level players but I think the feel and the comfort level of the racquet more than make up for it. Overall I really like this racquet and think it would make an excellent choice for any one moving from head heavy and tweeners to player's racquets.

The Boris Becker 11 Midplus Light (295 g) is a lighter player’s racquet. It is lighter than the Becker 11 Midplus (325 g) and somehow similar to the Volkl Powerbridge PB 10 (295g), although it has a more spin friendly 16*19 string pattern. It is also flexible and arm friendly. Considering its low power, it is most suitable for players with a well developed swing, that want a player’s racquet that is lighter than the traditional 12oz racquets. I would recommend it to players that can supply their own power and whose shots often go too long when using medium powered racquets.
