Product Description

Volkl Catapult 2 Gen II
The Catapult 2 Gen II enters the Volkl racquet line with the same ultra lightweight feel and maneuverability, but Volkl has now taken Catapult technology to the next level. The Catapult 2 features an oval head shape, as well as new frame geometry for increased power and stability. This racquet has a 115 sq. in. headsize, which offers a little more control and maneuverability compared to the Catapult 1.

Best suited for players with shorter, compact strokes looking for power. Recommended for the 1.5-2.5 NTRP level players.

Catapult Technology:
The catapult technology is based around a spring constructed out of Lite-Carbon and High-Modulus Carbon. The Catapult rests freely on the racquet frame and is activated, or “pre-loaded”, when the strings are installed.

Sensor Handle System:
A new dimension in shock and vibration dampening thanks to a perfect blend of high-tech materials. Two-part racquet shaft and TechnoGel® provide ideal shock dampening. The EVA, which surrounds the shaft, offers optimal vibration dampening.

Big Grommet Technology:
The funnel-shaped molded Big Grommet™ integrated into the frame give the maximum sweet spot size, ensuring the greatest possible power and comfort.
