Volkl BB 10 (Boris Becker)
The Volkl BB10 bears the initials of the German tennis legend, Boris Becker. Designed with tournament players in mind, the BB10 features the newly designed Energy Box and Energy Shaft construction delivering enhanced racquet-head stability and increased power through the stiffer shaft construction. The BB-10 will support the ambitious demands of any serious tennis player. The BB10 slots into Volkl's line as being slightly more powerful than the Catapult 8 V-Engine.
Volkl Energy Box: Positioned at 5 & 7 o'clock on the racquet head, the Energy Box is supported with Titanium and Lite Carbon. This material mix along with the box shape construction was designed to add stability to the racquet. Especially on off-center shots, the Energy Box stabilizes the racquet and ensures a smoother and more precise game.
Volkl Energy Shaft: This unique triangle shaped shaft construction was developed for one reason only: POWER. The Energy shaft stiffens the shaft area of a racquet, resulting in less energy loss and adding superior power to every shot.

It's my second BB10, and I love it! The precision is fantastic, you can go after the lines, excellent at the net also. No vibrations, so no tennis elbow. Power level is ok, I recomend to string it one the low end, like 52 pounds (technifibre 16 is my favorite). Overall, an excellent racquet!

The Volkl BB 10 (Boris Becker) has been designed by Boris Becker as a medium to heavy weight (11.1 oz) player’s racquet with competition in mind. It is extended-length, has a head light balance, and mid to low flexibility, for enhanced stability. It is powerful and maneuverable. It is a desirable racquet for medium to advanced players at the 3.0 – 4.5 levels. If you have a moderate to fast swing and like a player’s racquet with medium weight and competitive characteristics, this could be a racquet for you. I would compare it with the Head MicroGel Extreme, Babolat AeroPro Drive Cortex, Prince O3 White, and similar racquets.

this racquet handles well and I feel like I have more control and better use of the sweet spot when I hit my shots. since its lighter its easier for me to make my volleys and not break my wrist, since my wrists are weak.
