Wilson Cierzo Two BLX (Model #wrt7036)

One of Wilson's more powerful BLX racquet, the Cierzo Two BLX packs a mighty punch. The 120 sq. in. headsize offers a huge sweetspot and a comfortable response. While the Cierzo Two only weighs 9.8 ounces strung, its 8 point head heavy balance means it swing with plenty of weight - producing a solid and powerful feel at impact. Only short compact swings are required to hit with both depth and pace. In the tradition of Wilson's Hammer line of racquets, this one is maneuverable on short swings such as volleys, yet packs plenty of pop on longer swings such as serves and groundstrokes. Combines the enhanced feel of Basalt with the enhanced sweetspot of the Sledgehammer head shape for added stability and extra pop on your shots. Articulated Grommet Technology at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions on the frame permit extraordinary string movement for added forgiveness and sweetspot.

Best suited for players with shorter, compact strokes looking for power. Recommended for the 1.5+ NTRP level players.

Basalt: Basalt is a natural volcanic rock. It can be used in manufacturing where it is made into fine gold fibers with incredible vibration resistance. Wilson's new technology, BLX, has used these basalt fibers and woven them longitudinally with [K]arophite Black to create one of the most advanced composites in the industry.

With basalt, a smoother signal reaches the hand. BLX technology delivers clean feedback and better sensation for the Perfect Feel.

Linear Geometry: New frame technology providing up to 35% more overall stability compared to a classic beam construction.

AGT: Articulated Grommet Technology allows an extraordinary 76 degrees of string movement.
