As used by Lleyton Hewitt and recommended for power players, the RDiS 100 Mid provides powerful hits, sharp spin and excellent control. Stability Torsion Control technology makes it possible to have a solid feel in this 93 in.² racquet.

Isometric: The Isometric Square Head Shape reduces the inert space found in a conventional round frame. As a result, the racquet is easier to swing through and has superior maneuverability with a 10% bigger sweetspot than an ordinary round head racquet. The sweetspot is the area of a racquet where the longest main and longest cross strings meet in the stringbed. In an ordinary round frame racquet, the sweetspot is where the 8 main and 11 cross strings meet. In the Yonex Isometric Square Head racquet, 10 main and 13 cross strings meet in the stringbed to produce a sweetspot that is 10% larger than the effective hitting area of a conventional round head racquet. With more strings of equal length and a larger effective hitting area in the stringbed, the Isometric Square Head Shape provides consistently accurate shots, giving more power, control and more effective off-center hits.

IPS: Integrated Power Weight System positions extra weight at the sides of the frame to give the face a greater moment of inertia.

Stability Torsion Control: Providing more powerful shots and maximized face stability. RDiS series racquets with a 17% wider shaft base, increase stiffness and the shaft's ability to resist twisting forces at impact. In addition, the cross section of the top of the frame provides advanced face stability for a solid feel at impact and increased control.

Elastic Ti: Elastic Ti charges the shaft of the racquet for power, velocity and better control. Yonex's Nano-scale Elastic Ti is the only alloy providing racquet qualities once considered impossible - extremely low elasticity and extremely high strength together. Elastic Ti is 44% less elastic and 8% stronger compared with the previous best Ti alloy. The lower a shaft's elasticity, the more it flex it provides and the higher its strength, the more resiliency it delivers. Titanium fibers are molded into both sides of the shaft so the frame can overcome the limitations of conventional frame materials. With its powerful rebound effect, a split second after impact and deflection, the Elastic Ti frame snaps back to its original shape to launch the ball down court with high accuracy and with the full energy of the swing.

Shockless Grommets: Yonex integrates Shockless Grommets at the side and bottom of the frame to minimize the muscle fatigue of long play. In addition to their ability to protect the wrist, forearm and elbow by absorbing shock, Shockless Grommets provide a soft feel at impact.

Super Cushion Grip: Minimizes vibration. The grip's cushioning performance helps protect the wrist, forearm and elbow against shock induced injuries.

Flex/Torsion Control Shaft: The front of the shaft is 14% wider than a conventional racquet's. The wider YONEX shaft increases the racquet's ability to provide high repulsion power, maneuverability and to generate solid and stable shots at full swing.

CS Carbon Nanotube: The material Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube is applied in the racquet frame which enables to give the players right amount of flex to stay with the ball, and quick repulsion to make the full energy available for power return.

(93) This racquet has excellent feel and control. The sweet spot is large for a 93. it is not for anyone who does not have a full swing, as it will not give you the required power.
