Product Description

Yonex RQiS 10 (102) Tennis Racquet
The RQiS 10 utilizes Impact Speed technology and a Power Isometric head shape combined with other premium performance technologies that give you more power, control, maneuverability and stability than ever before.

Power Isometric: Introducing the next stage in the evolution of the Yonex Isometric theory. Power Isometric is a wider Isometric area that increases the already large Yonex Square Head sweetspot by 20% compared with a conventional round head racquet. The construction yields more power and more repulsion. It reduces the inert space found in the conventional round frame but it keeps the sweetspot the same size. This makes the racquet easier to swing through and gives it topnotch maneuverability, as well. The 20% larger effective Isometric area in the heart of the frame allows serves to be delivered with more speed and control from higher in the stringbed.

Impact Speed: A snap-back action which stores energy on impact, then releases it with tremendous power and speed. The new material, Cup-Stack Carbon Nanotube, was adopted in these racquets to lead the ball to accelerate faster on each serve or return shot.

Oval Pressed Shaft: OPS technology builds into the throat, the right amount of flex for an extended dwell time for easier spin and directional control.

IPS: Integrated Power Weight System positions extra weight at the sides of the frame to give the face a greater moment of inertia.

Dual 3D Stabilizer: The Yonex 3D Carbon Sheet is integrated into the shaft to provide more face stability than a conventional carbon shaft and 12% more racquet maneuverability. This 3D Carbon Sheet has woven carbon fibers in 3 directions, so the pulling strength is equalized in 3 directions meaning the shaft has greater resistance to twisting forces. The 3D Shaft is sculpted into a 'surf board' like shape to provide advanced face stability.

Super Cushion Grip: Minimizes vibration. The grip's cushioning performance helps protect the wrist, forearm and elbow against shock induced injuries.

Shockless Grommets: Yonex integrates Shockless Grommets at the side and bottom of the frame to minimize the muscle fatigue of long play. In addition to their ability to protect the wrist, forearm and elbow by absorbing shock, Shockless Grommets provide a soft feel at impact.

Switched from an old Hammer 4 and Dunlop ICE 1000G racquets (both beginner racquet). Take some time to get used to the smaller head shape, head light racquet. However, it is a perfect stick once you get used to it. The reason I choose this one is I want to improve on my volleying technique and serving as well as control on my ground stroke. My old racquets being head heavy, making volley and smash difficult. The store recommend this stick instead of those expensive tour racquets saying this is a perfect improver racquet and should give it a try and so I did. Good racquet feel. Slightly head light balance allow easy volleying as well as smashing, so serving also improved drastically. Provide great control on ground stroke while does not lose power in the process which make me very happy. Good for topspin and slice as well as better control drop shot and lob. For me, as a flat hitter, I was also surprised just how solid it is to hit flat ground stroke with this one. You will never thought a cheaper intermediate racquet can do. You don't really need those expensive tour racquet to play good tennis, you just need one that fit you. For me, this one is a perfect choice and I strongly recommend those who want to improve their game now to demo this racquet. It may be a cheap racquet but man, it packed with load of stuff that make everything else easier, especially on control. I bought four of this now for game and practice, good fun!
