The abrasion-resistant DragGuard is placed in the toe and the heel of the Aosta 7.0 rubber outsole. The Defier RS outsole features non-marking and a clay-friendly herringbone tread pattern for multi-surface traction.

One of the best tennis shoes out there. Next to no break-in time, light but durable, and very comfortable. So comfortable and durable, I started wearing this shoe everywhere. Can't get a better shoe for the price.

I have been using K-Swiss Defiers for two years. I buy two pairs at a time and alternate use. I play four days a week. These shoes give me great support and stabilty. They feel comfortable the first time out and have a good wear life.
