This string is excellent and has the highest value proposition among all the strings I have used: a fantastic control, just like the ball stays much longer in contact when you hit it. I used to play with synthetic gut 16, the 17 feels one level better, although if you are a heavy top spinner, then you may have to replace the string every month.
