HEAD Tennis Equipment
- |
Head began as a supplier of ski products in 1950, under the leadership of Howard Head. The company entered the tennis business in 1969, with the first aluminum racquet frame and released their first tennis shoe in 1987. Between 2002 and 2009, Head released a barrage of technology in both their tennis and ski equipments products that have made them one of the leading manufacturers in both sports.
Head tennis ball carts
Head teaching carts and Head ball hoppers are made with that same technological innovation in mind. The gray powder coating on all Head baskets increases not only the seamless look of the basket, but also increases the durability. The lids on all Head ball hoppers are designed so that they can remain open during ball pickup, measured precisely long and short enough to not hit the ground. Head teaching carts have larger wheels than most carts and are guaranteed with a lifetime warranty. Make your time on the court easier and get in more practice time with the right ball hopper or teaching cart for your needs.
Head 10 and Under Tennis
The USTA’s movement to appeal to the younger generation of future tennis pros includes smaller equipment and brightly colored line markers that meet the QuickStart tennis regulations. Head has a wide selection of Junior tennis court training aids. The junior tennis net is 18 feet wide and half the height of a professional net. Combined with smaller racquets and lower impact tennis balls, the Head starter pack is the perfect way to get kids headed in the right direction at from the start. 10 and Under Tennis can be seen in communities across the states.
