Tecnifibre stringing machines are handmade and assembled at one of the oldest factories in Lyon, France. Spenlé Pizzera has been in the manufacturing business since 1949 and owns more stringing machine patents than any other manufacturer. Tecnifibre machines are constructed from Swiss-made aluminum and high grade steel.
“Spenlé Pizzera prides itself as being a specialist manufacturer of high quality, precision stringing machines,” according to the website.
The Tecnifibre TF 8000 stringing machine
The Tecnifibre TF 8000 is a seriously robust machine that is exceptionally user friendly. The ergonomic keypad is adjusted for easy reach and manipulation during the entire stringing process. The turn-style knobs which lock down the racquet are quick and easy. Never waste string again with the string length leader, which measures the length of the string and displays that length on the digital display as string is run through it. The key pad nautical and additional tension setting allows for one touch tension manipulation when stringing main and cross strings at different tensions, or adjusting for that last pull before tying the knot. The pre-stretch option can be set from 5 percent to 20 percent and the T-bar tension head guarantees that the string is perfectly aligned every time.
The Technifibre TF 7000 and 6000 stringing machines
These two Tecnifibre stringing machines are just as precise, if not as bulky, as the TF 8000. More light weight and easier to transport, the 7000 and 6000 have adjustable stands, a feature that is not offered on the TF 8000. These are the same great machines without some of the bulkier, non-vital features.
