Great tennis rebounder
Does not bounce too much. Perfect for garage.
I have had this for 2 days and still in able to play it because it’s extremely hard and it’s literally impossible to put the next together. The actually frame is easy to set up the problem is the net IT IS FRUSTRATING idk what to do someone please help.
I was captain of my college tennis team 37 years ago. I am 60 years old now. Just wanted to try to get some exercise. The tennis rebound net was great for me for a number of reasons. 1) No close access to tennis courts 2) Don't really know anybody to start playing with 3) The serve hurts my arm so I can bypass the serve with this 4) I don't have to meet up with anyone and deal with their schedules or expectations.
I keep it outside and bought a tarp to cover it with but I lay it down on its side flat when storms come through as it would be like a kite taking off in heavy wind. It is taller than the garage entrance so that was not an option for storage. It is a little flimsy to move with one person. So I bought 4 flower pot caddys and put one under each leg and this works great as you can just go from one end to the other and move it as needed without risking damage to the frame of the net. I work out very hard with this every day and it has been a blessing. Lost weight.
Love it! I read a couple of bad reviews on Amazon but decided to ignore them -- so happy I did - this net works fabulously!!!! I love it! Easy to put together, but two hands would probably be helpful to do that. I'm not sure why this wouldn't fit in to a two car garage like a reviewer mentioned -- I have a 3 car garage but it looks like it would easily work in a two car garage.
Large and in Charge
This net is large which for the most part it's a good thing. It is very springy so you can stand pretty far back and hit the ball either one bounce or two depending on how hard you hit it. Note that it will not fit in most garages since it is a bit too high and will hit the door as it opens. Therefore we have to keep it outside and put a tarp over it when there's a chance of rain. Takes a little bit of muscle to put on the final few springs but once they're on it works very well.
Better than a backboard
Bought this for my grandsons, but I like to play on it too. The bounce is just right for the limited space in the backyard, and using the low pressure orange/yellow balls allows one to hit hard but still keep the ball in play. Sturdy, stable construction, and
I loved the optional fixed tilt feature.
Bought this net few weeks ago. Set it up for now in one of my room. Like it. I do not have a lot of space there but still can practice my stroke. looking forward to try it outside. And I need to admit that a customer service is really good.
Net works really well, very happy
I bought this for my kids, but in the end, I enjoy going out in the driveway and hitting as much as they do. The rebound absorption is great, because hitting against the net allows you to use a smaller area than a backboard. The net is built and finished well -- no instability at all. My kids even play handball against it with their friends. Great for keeping in shape if you are not someone who can get out on the court often. Took my seven-year-old and I about 25 minutes to set up. Very happy overall.
Net works well
I was surprised--this ends up working fairly well for grooving your swing. I considered a ball machine or wooden backboard but this actually works better for several reasons--it's relatively quiet practice, there aren't balls all over the place, off-center shots are returned toward you rather than away like a wall--and it's a cheap solution. Some drawbacks--you have to hit the ball hard, I've already popped a hole in the net, and the very fast response time to your next shot can reinforce bad habits (swinging with the arm rather than winding your hips and shoulders).
I was looking into building a wooden backboard to use at home or install at our neighborhood tennis courts. After adding up the cost of lumber (decent plywood isn't cheap anymore!) and hardware, I figured I would be spending just as much or more than this rebound net cost, not to mention all the time and effort to get the materials and construct a wooden backboard.
I was a little concerned about whether the rebound net would be sturdy enough or would move around when used, but I went ahead and decided to try it based on the good reviews. I just got it and tried it out, and I must say I am impressed. It handles full shots without any problem and stays in place. I thought I might have to use cinder blocks to help hold it but have not had to use them. It returns balls only slightly slower than a backboard, so I may do what another reviewer suggested and lessen the tension so I have more time to react when the ball comes back. It is also nice that I can set it up in my garage and hit from my driveway without making so much noise that it bothers my wife or my neighbors. It is a great product, and I hope it lasts for years!
Courtmaster Deluxe Tennis Rebound Net
So far so goo with this net. The tension is really good. We hit some full-on serves into it and it worked great. Bought it for my 8yr old daughter and she is really enjoying getting outside to practice. Definitely worth the money if you want to improve your game.
This rebound net is wonderful if you do not have easy access to a backboard. It is not as strong as a piece of wood, but it is the next best thing. It is very light, easy to move, and really does return the ball!
This product has worked really well for my kids. My daughter uses it everyday in the driveway. It keeps her busy for hours and helps her with hand/eye coordination. I would recommend to anyone.
This net is awesome - easy to assemble, great to hit and practice serves against. Couldn't be happier.
I set up the net in the back yard. It works excellently. Now I can practice my strokes any time. It saves my money going to gym. Most wonderful of it is that I enjoy my back yard when I exercise.
Works very nice. For kids, it's better with softer, foam balls. When kids use the tennis ball they have to hit it pretty hard for a good rebound. It does work with tennis balls, my son just needs to stand closer to the net, and has less time to react to the rebound. We'd recommend it as he plays with it often and so do the neighbor kids.
LOVE this net. I can take a full swing and work on footwork. My daughters play with this in the driveway for hours. It is large, but doesn't take up much room in the garage. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who plays tennis.
I live in MA, so since I can't play tennis in the winter months without paying high fees of tennis clubs, this works out great. I love the product and have it set up in my garage. I lowered the tension a bit so I can hit it harder with a softer return, giving me a great practice and workout. It was a simple set up - no tools required. It's lightweight, so if you want to move it around outdoors, it's easy. It's also well made - I'm very impressed with this product. Once I learned of these, I googled them to get the best price. Do It Tennis has the best prices and super quick shipment. I would definately order from here again. Thanks much for providing a great service and product!
This backboard is amazing. It returns the ball and works great, yet at the same time isn't any eyesore in our driveway.
