Babolat Pure Aero VS Tour Tennis Racquet (Model #101276)

Babolat's now iconic Pure Aero VS Tour is a spin machine with a thinner beam (21mm/21mm/21mm) and smaller head than the Pure Aero, which provides controllable power.  Its predecessor was the Aero Storm, first launched in 2007.

The 2018 version of the Pure Aero VS Tour has a 98 square inch head, comes strung at 11.9 ounces - a tour weight that delivers more plow-through on off-centered shots, and comes with a more control-minded 16x20 string pattern.  The 7 point head light balance gives the head of the racquet a feather-light feel and helps players whip it through the zone with ease. The GT Technology provides extra ridigity, and it preferred by tacticians that need precision from their groundstrokes. The Aeromodular 2 shape of the frame was strategically engineered to reduce wind drag, resuling in faster swing speed.  The result is ample access to the spin, speed and controllable power advanced players are after when really hitting out on all of their shots.

Everything about this true player's stick is geared towards the classic feel of the thinner frames of the past, but with the 100% graphite material and technologies that the modern rackets provide.

Suited for advanced players who hit out on every single shot and prefer a tour weighted frame.

New Pure Aero Technologies:

Babolat Aero Modular 3 Technology Tennis Rackets Racquet Spin AEROMODULAR 2 - AERODYNAMIC FRAME: An aerodynamic frame shape at the throat, head, and shaft of the racket which reduces wind drag, resulting in greater swing speed and maneuverability.
Babolat Woofer Dynamic String System WOOFER DYNAMIC STRING SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY: The Woofer Dynamic String System allows all of the strings to work together during a ball strike, as opposed to non-Woofer frames that only utilize a few of the strings on contact. The result is more spin, increased sweetspot size and forgiveness on off-centered shots.
