Speedminton - A Sport To Play Anywhere

http://www.doittennis.com/trainingexercise/speedminton/fun-set.php Badminton is coming back but with a twist. Speedminton is a fun new way to play Badminton almost anywhere. So what is Speedminton? Just Badminton without a net! Which makes the game faster hence the name Speedmintion. The appeal of this sport is the fact that you can play it anytime and anywhere. Since you don’t need a net you can play almost anywhere, as long as you can set up some boundaries. You can also use the glowing Night Speeder to play at night which means you can play at anytime. It’s easy to set up! Have 5 meters between you and your partner and get further apart as you feel more comfortable and get used to the racquets. Your goal is to hit the “Speeder” into the opposing box. The rules are pretty simple: • First to 16 wins the game, if you tie 15-15 the player with a two point advantage wins. • To start, decide who will serve first then switch who serves every three serves. • For points to count, the speeder cannot contact the ground, land out of bounds, be hit twice by the player, or make body contact with a player. • You play best of 5 sets to decide who wins the match, and you witch sides each game. • You can play this game with doubles as well; one person must play back and the other person must play up front as the attacker. One must stay behind the other. You will then change positions once the serve changes. • The person in the back serves. • The rules for doubles are the same as in singles, with the addition that the players just cannot cross each other. This sport is fun and will get your heart pumping. It can be played by most skill levels and ages. Best of all, it’s very inexpensive and a fun game to play at the beach or at a park. Do It Tennis has all you need to start playing Speedminton here. If you have any questions about the rules or equipment to play don’t hesitate to let us know on our Facebook, Twitter or GooglePlus!
