Adidas Barricade Berlin Tennis Shoes

Adidas has added to its Barricade Limited Edition Wall Pack Collection. These tennis shoes commemorate the Berlin wall, one of the most iconic walls in history. These shoes represent and celebrate the 25 year anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall in Germany.

The Adidas Barricade Berlin Wall special edition is mainly a concrete color much like a wall. It also has colorful accents similar to the seats found in the Berlin subway. The bear found on the tongue of the shoe is the symbol of the city. Though it is inspired by a wall, it is anything but stiff and rigid.

These shoes boast the same quality comfort of the Barricade product line. And the new 2015 Barricades are even more comfortable than previous editions. You can wear these shoes right out of the box.

Upper: The Balistyic mesh upper is breathable and comfortable; it won’t feel like it is digging into your feet. The upper is also supportive and is durable, perfect for toe draggers or anyone who is rough on their shoes.

Midsole: The midsole of the tennis shoes is cushioned and has Adiprene material, as well as Adiprene+ in the heel and forefoot. The placement of the Adiprene+ material is perfect so it remarkably absorbs the shock from pounding the tennis court with your heels.

Outsole: The outsole is pretty impressive as well. The outsole is very durable and prevents fast wear and tear. They’re also equipped with has good traction so you can feel confident while sliding on the court.

Don’t forget, it’s backed by a six month comfort-guarantee which is especially valuable for those who wear through shoes quickly.

Upon slipping on these tennis shoes you will notice that the mid-foot is slightly tighter, which helps feel more secure. The length is also true to size, so you don’t have to worry about going up or down a half-size. Lastly the arch is a medium-height, which won’t feel too high on your arches and won’t rub you the wrong way.

Overall these tennis shoes are a great addition to the Adidas Wall Pack collection. They make a great collectible, and an even greater shoe to play in.
